Yes, it really is free and there's no catch! MiMedia will help you protect and enjoy up to 7 GB of your digital life - the files, media collections and important data that are invaluable to you - for free, forever, no strings attached. We're confident you'll love what you see and when you're ready to protect and enjoy the rest of your digital life, we'll be there for you.
How does the MiMedia Premium 30 day trial work?
When you sign up for MiMedia Premium, you get 30 days to try it out absolutely free. If you choose to cancel your plan within 30 days of signing up, you won't be charged a thing. After 30 days, you'll be charged based on the pricing plan you select. You can cancel the service at any time for any reason in the future, however we don't prorate for partial months or years. Free trials are only available for plans up to 250GB.
How secure is my data?
Extremely secure! Our storage system is located in Tier 1, geo-redundant data centers, which means we maintain multiple copies of your files in more than one secure location. Our enterprise-quality servers are also built on RAID architecture, one of the most sophisticated types of protection available.
How many computers and devices can I back up with MiMedia?
There is no limit to the number of computers, drives or devices you can back up. As long as you have storage space in your MiMedia account you can back up from any number of computers and devices such as your personal laptop, family computer, external hard drives, network drives and more!
Can I use MiMedia if I'm on a Mac?
Not yet, but support for Mac OS X is on the way. We plan to introduce MiMedia for Mac OS X later in 2011, however you can still login to MiMedia Online and upload, access and share your media from any computer with an Internet connection.
