Erik Zamkoff, Founder and CEO

Prior to founding MiMedia, Erik was a Senior Analyst following the communications services and technology sector for Empire Capital a $600MM long/short technology hedge fund.

Previous to that, he was a Senior Equity Analyst, focusing on Communications Services and Technology at several NYC based investment banks that included Morgan Joseph, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.

He began his Wall Street career as an Equity Research Associate at Furman Selz, focusing on Telecommunications Equipment.

He received his B.A from the University of Pennsylvania and later received his MBA from the Stern School of Business in New York.

Erik was inspired to create a unified cloud based storage and access platform because of his insatiable appetite for digital media, the arrival of his two adorable children, and his personal frustration with current storage and access solutions for his ever growing personal media collection.

Erik's personal media storage requirement currently stands at 150Gb and counting.
