Customer Service Representatives
MiMedia, Inc. is a venture-backed, rapidly growing tech startup and is seeking several highly experienced Data Center Technicians who are interested in building the first personal cloud storage platform.

These positions will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for handling customer service calls, emails and other such inquiries. Ideal candidates must have previous experience in a call center or customer service position.

Responsibilities
- Answering customer calls, emails, chats in a timely and professional manner
- Tracking customer inquiries
- Managing customer database

Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year in a call center or tech support role (required)
- Must be tech savvy and comfortable walking customers through an installation process or troubleshooting a computer
- Exceptional speaking and writing skills
- Organized and Timely
- Quick Learner and ability to multitask

Compensation
- Part Time or Full Time
